I am accepting new clients for medication management services. I am double board certified as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) and Certified Addiction Registered Nurse Advanced Practice (CARN-AP). I have more than 22 years of experience in mental health; more than sixteen of those years working as a PMHNP after completing my graduate education at Husson University in Maine back in 2007.

To be truly effective it is important as a provider to listen to what their client is telling them about what their experiences with mental health and medical struggles are really like. Although all treatment must be evidenced based, I believe strongly in offering different options whenever possible to clients to choose from on their path to back to wellness. Every person is an individual and every treatment plan should reflect this as well.

I have practiced in many different settings over the years including both inpatient and outpatient mental health facilities. My prior experiences have equipped me well to work with clients struggling with any range of mental health conditions including PTSD, Depression, Bipolar disorder, Anxiety Disorders, ADHD and many more.
