Individual Counseling • Therapy

I approach therapy through a relationship-centered lens. Our early experiences, especially within family systems or the absence of them, often shape the way we see ourselves and the way we move through the world. These patterns can quietly influence our self-esteem, our internal dialogue, and how we show up in both platonic and romantic relationships.

In our work together, we slow down and make sense of these patterns with curiosity rather than judgment. My goal is to help clients better understand the stories they carry about themselves, strengthen their sense of self, and build relationships that feel more authentic, stable, and aligned with who they are.
