Sarah Paryga

Hello! My name is Sarah Paryga (par-E-gah). I am a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner. I have been working in mental health since 2008. I have worked as a milieu therapist, psychiatric technician, registered nurse, and APRN in various settings, from inpatient hospitals to residential facilities. For the last eight years, I have worked in correctional facilities including jails and prisons.

I believe in treating the whole patient with a personalized experience. There is no one size fits all approach. I seek to empower my clients to embrace their treatment and be actively engaged in making decisions that fit their individual lives.
